Short on space? Too many Santas, not enough closets? Me too. Luckily, I ran across this adorable 72" animated Santa:

I think it's brilliant that he just collapses down like that. Saves space, and also saves Aunt Martha from having a heart attack when she goes snooping through your closets and has a face-to-face confrontation with the jolly old elf.
